According to my calendar, it's somewhat consistent to when they usually start to manifest. It's a more reasonable hypothesis than you suddenly getting your abilities back.

The odds are extremely miniscule and I'm not here to prop up your wishful thinking. Generally the only way I've seen people get powers like that is if they: one, start changing into something with them, or two, collect enough bootleg Chuck E. Cheese tokens to summon the magic shopkeeper.
